Higher Months – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and participating in Higher Months, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Access

Higher Months is an ongoing coaching program with a minimum commitment of six (6) months.

Your membership includes access to:

* The Higher Months curriculum and resources
* Weekly live coaching calls
* Coaching call recordings
* Any additional resources included within your membership

New content, lessons and resources may be added over time at Kellie’s discretion.

2. Commitment

There are no minimum term contracts, stay as little or as long as you like.

3. Cancellation Policy

Your membership will continue on a month to month basis unless cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your membership after your minimum commitment has been completed, you must provide a minimum of 14 days’ written notice by emailing hello@kelliesanders.com before your next scheduled payment.

If notice is received less than 14 days before your next billing date, one final payment may be processed before your cancellation takes effect.

No refunds will be provided for payments already processed.

4. Membership Pauses & Suspensions

Memberships cannot be paused, suspended or placed on hold.

Your membership secures one of a limited number of places within Higher Months.

Throughout your membership you continue to receive access to the curriculum, resources and coaching call recordings, regardless of whether you attend the live coaching sessions.

For this reason, pauses or suspensions are not available.

5. Payments

All payments are processed automatically using your selected payment method.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current.

If a scheduled payment is declined or remains unpaid, access to Higher Months may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.

Members remain responsible for completing all payments due under their minimum six-month commitment. Failure to make payments does not cancel or terminate this agreement.

Any outstanding amounts remain payable.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Higher Months provides business education, mentoring and coaching.

While every effort is made to support your growth, results will vary between individuals.

No guarantees are made regarding income, revenue, business growth or specific financial outcomes.

Your results will depend on many factors, including your implementation, decisions, commitment, market conditions and individual circumstances.

7. Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

* The decisions you make
* The actions you take
* Your implementation
* Your business results

The coaching, education and guidance provided within Higher Months are intended to support your decision-making but do not replace your own professional judgement.

8. Confidentiality

Higher Months is intended to be a safe and supportive coaching environment.

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other members and not share personal information, coaching conversations or business information disclosed during coaching sessions.

9. Intellectual Property

Participants may not upload any Higher Months materials, recordings, worksheets, templates, frameworks or coaching content to artificial intelligence platforms (including ChatGPT or similar AI tools) for the purpose of reproducing, recreating, extracting or distributing the Higher Months Method™, The Higher Months Operating System™, Pattern Decoding™, or any associated intellectual property.

Participants may not use any program materials, recordings, coaching sessions or proprietary methodologies to create, teach, license or sell competing coaching programs, courses, workshops or educational content.

10. Coaching Call Recordings

All live coaching calls are recorded.

By participating in Higher Months, you acknowledge and consent to these recordings.

Recordings are provided exclusively to current members for educational purposes and may not be downloaded, shared, reproduced or distributed.

11. Community Standards

Higher Months is built on respect, professionalism and support.

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully towards Kellie and other members.

Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination or conduct that negatively impacts the learning environment may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kellie Sanders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in Higher Months.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Business decisions
* Financial loss
* Loss of income
* Loss of profits
* Loss of clients
* Business interruption

Participants remain solely responsible for decisions made within their business.

13. Changes to the Program

Higher Months is designed to evolve over time.

Content, resources, curriculum, coaching structure and delivery methods may be updated, refined or expanded at Kellie’s discretion to improve the member experience.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

14. Participation

Higher Months is an implementation-focused coaching program.

Members are encouraged to attend coaching calls, complete the curriculum and actively engage in the coaching process.

While recordings are available, meaningful results are achieved through consistent participation and implementation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program, immediate access to proprietary resources and ongoing coaching, all payments are non-refundable.

16. Recording, Artificial Intelligence & Use of Materials

To protect the integrity of Higher Months and its intellectual property, participants agree that they will not:

* Record live coaching sessions using any device or software.
* Download, reproduce or distribute coaching call recordings.
* Upload any program materials, recordings, worksheets or resources to artificial intelligence platforms (including ChatGPT or similar AI tools) for the purpose of reproducing, recreating or extracting the methodology.
* Use any part of the Higher Months Method™, The Higher Months Operating System™, Pattern Decoding™, or any associated frameworks, language, concepts or training materials to create, teach, license or sell competing programs, coaching services, workshops or educational content.
* Share their membership login or provide access to any third party.

All content within Higher Months is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Kellie Sanders.

Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of any program materials may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and understand that your purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement.
