Terms & Conditions — Private 1:1 Capacity Coaching (4 Months Minimum)
1. Overview of Services
This agreement outlines the terms for participation in the Private 1:1 Capacity Coaching container.
This offer includes:
• 2 x 60-minute private coaching sessions per month
• Voxer support (Monday–Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm AEST)
This container is designed to provide strategic, structural, and capacity-based coaching to support business growth and stabilisation.
2. Support Duration & Access
This offer is delivered over a minimum 4-month support period, beginning on the date of the first live session or as otherwise specified by the provider.
• The initial 4-month period is non-cancellable and non-refundable
• After the initial 4 months, the agreement continues on a month-to-month basis
• Ongoing support will continue until terminated in writing with 14 days’ notice
The support period is fixed and continuous and will not pause or extend due to:
• Client availability
• Travel or holidays
• Illness
• Lack of use
Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice and mutual agreement, however the overall support period remains unchanged.
3. Voxer Support
Voxer access is provided as an additional support tool and is available:
Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm AEST
Voxer is intended for:
• Coaching check-ins
• Clarification questions
• Integration support related to the work
Voxer is not intended for:
• Crisis support or emotional emergencies
• Therapy, counselling, or mental health services
• Continuous or excessive messaging throughout the day
• Requests for additional sessions, urgent calls, or immediate responses
Response times will vary depending on availability and volume. The coach will respond within a reasonable timeframe during business hours.
The coach reserves the right to:
• Redirect conversations
• Delay responses
• Decline communication that falls outside the scope of the container
4. Sessions & Scheduling
• Clients receive 2 x 60-minute sessions per month
• Sessions must be scheduled within each calendar month unless otherwise agreed
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling
• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited
Unused sessions:
• Are non-transferable
• Do not roll over
• Are not refundable or extendable
5. Client Responsibility
This container is a collaborative process.
The client agrees to:
• Take responsibility for their participation and implementation
• Engage with the work at their own pace and capacity
• Communicate respectfully and professionally
The client acknowledges that results are influenced by:
• Personal commitment
• Decision-making
• External circumstances
6. Results Disclaimer
No specific results are guaranteed.
This container provides:
• Coaching
• Guidance
• Strategic and capacity-based support
However, outcomes will vary based on the client’s:
• Participation
• Capacity
• Business model
• External factors
7. Payment & Refund Policy
• All payments are final
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of participation
Failure to complete payments may result in:
• Suspension of access
• Termination of services
8. Boundaries & Scope
This container does not provide:
• Therapy or psychological treatment
• Crisis or emergency support
• Legal, financial, or medical advice
If required, clients should seek support from a qualified professional.
9. Termination
After the initial 4-month period:
• Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice
• Notice must be provided via email or agreed written channel
During the notice period:
• Coaching support will continue as normal
• Payments remain due if applicable
10. Agreement
By purchasing and participating in this container, the client agrees to all terms outlined above.
11. Confidentiality
All information shared within this container is treated as confidential.
The coach agrees to:
• Respect and maintain the confidentiality of all client information, business details, and personal disclosures
• Not share, disclose, or distribute any client materials without prior written consent
The client agrees to:
• Respect the intellectual property of the coach
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials, frameworks, or processes provided within this container without written permission
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Session content
• Voice notes
• Written communication
• Frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Both parties agree to maintain a professional standard of confidentiality throughout the duration of the container and beyond.
The coach reserves the right to share anonymised client results or experiences for marketing purposes, without identifying information.
