The Upgrade is a recurring monthly membership providing digital trainings, resources, community access, live sessions, and related materials focused on nervous system capacity, identity work, business structure, and Human Design application.
All content is delivered digitally.
No physical products are provided.
2. Payment & Billing
Enrollment in The Upgrade is billed at the current listed rate at time of purchase.
By enrolling, you agree to:
• Recurring monthly billing
• Automatic payment processing
• Continued charges until cancellation
Your payment method will be charged on the same date each month.
If payment fails, access may be paused until billing is resolved.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future members.
Your rate is locked for as long as you remain continuously enrolled.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation must be completed inside your ThriveCart account before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Once cancelled:
• You will retain access through the remainder of your billing period.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
• No refunds are provided for previous payments.
All sales are final.
4. Access & Delivery
Access to The Upgrade is granted within 24 hours of purchase.
If you do not receive access within that timeframe, please contact support.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your login details.
We are not liable for loss of access due to incorrect email entry or failure to check your inbox.
5. Community Standards
The Upgrade includes access to a private community space.
By participating, you agree to:
• Communicate respectfully
• Avoid harassment or abusive behaviour
• Refrain from unsolicited selling or promotion
• Maintain confidentiality of other members
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community without refund if behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or misaligned with the integrity of the space.
This is a protected container.

All materials within The Upgrade are protected intellectual property.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Trainings
• Worksheets
• Frameworks
• Human Design interpretations
• AI prompts and tools
• Recorded sessions
• Written materials
These materials are for personal use only.
You may not:
• Copy
• Share
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Resell
• Republish
any content without written permission. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Results Disclaimer
The Upgrade provides educational and informational content.
We do not guarantee specific financial results.
Your outcomes depend on:

• Market factors outside our control
By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your decisions and results.
